WellQuest of Granite Bay is proud to have ONR as a partner in our community. ONR provides on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapies to help our residents live their best lives. ONR has special programs to help residents increase strength, flexibility, and enhanced quality of life. The world-class programs offered by ONR have been shown to reduce falls by 30-40%, increase resident engagement, and improve overall quality of life through increased mobility.

HUR fitness equipment represents a massive shift in the way our residents can interact with their preferred exercise equipment each time they visit our exercise and fitness areas. Upon registering to use the equipment, one of our dedicated professionals will issue the resident an RFID-enabled wristband that will help ensure that each piece of exercise equipment they use will be set up correctly for their needs. Once they swipe their wristband, the equipment will automatically remember preferences for weight, reps, and fit of equipment.

Exercise can cause more harm than good if done on equipment not correctly set up for each individual. The HUR fitness equipment located at WellQuest of Granite Bay ensures proper exercise fundamentals are automatically taken care of upon each visit.
